UFDZ top-loading down-loadingmodel magnetic shutter liquid level gauge is new kind of liquid level gauge which is designed according the the requirement of measuring the level of the container underground without tagging. Compared with the UIZ built-in luqid level gauge, it has the characteristics of cheap, available in the inflammable, explosive, poisonous, corrosive and volotilizing situation, which is the special of UFZ side-loading magnetic liquid level gauge, secure, convenient, clear, which can be widely used in the field of food, chemistry, fertilizer and so on. When matching with relative accessories, the level gauge can also have the alarm and output signal controlling function.

Working principle:

This product is composed by body ( up and down tube ), shutter box ( red and white magnetic shutter), float ( magnetic bar, ejector and buoy). Please refer to the construction table in the following. The working pinciple is: the buoy in the container ( made according to different media and pressure) move with the liquid level change in the down tube and can make the magnetic bar moving in the up tube through the ejector, then make the shutter turning over ousite the body and indicating the luquid level by red and white colour.
